Executive Coaching

Compelling athletic leaders to pursue excellence and impact the marketplace through strategy, influence, and accountability.

Executive coaching brings together leaders in the athletic community to collectively impact the athletic marketplace. We are passionate about seeing organizations that are growing, leading, and innovating. We know:

  • That if we aren’t proactive that we can quickly develop blindspots, allow apathy to set in, and lose our ultimate focus.
  • That we need to be continually evaluating, receiving feedback, and engaging with our organization, teams, and culture.
  • That there is exponential value when bringing high-level leaders together, driving each other to excellence, and holding each other accountable.

The bottom line is that leaders are better when in consistent proximity with other like-minded leaders. If we truly want to grow and develop influence in sports and athletics, then we must collectively come together in small group cohorts to develop, strategize, and influence. Oak Hill provides the framework, personnel, and accountability to accomplish this.
