Elevating athletic programs at high schools, colleges, and universities.

Since 1997, Andrew has worked across both athletics and local church leadership. During his 25+ year career he has been a teacher, coach, pastor and AD. Andrew has spent most of his career as an Athletic Director where he specialized in enhancing culture, mentoring coaches, leadership development, strategic planning, advancing facilities, capital campaigns, donor recruitment and retention, budget management, and coach evaluations. As a former college athlete, state championship coach, and multiple coach of the year award winner, Andrew continues to pursue excellence in athletics as he leads schools to reach their potential.

Along with his passion for helping school athletics excel as one of the co-founders of Oak Hill Consulting Group, he also serves full time in church leadership. In 2022 Andrew transitioned from his many years as an Athletic Director and now serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries and Leadership Development at Warren Church in Augusta, GA. Warren is a multi-site church with four campuses serving over 5,000 people in the CSRA. Andrew is a leader of leaders and desires to develop people and help walk the leadership journey with everyone he can. He and his wife have two daughters and live on a small farm outside of Augusta, GA.

Mike’s background in leadership spans 26 years at both the high school and collegiate levels. During this time he has been a teacher, coach, athletic director, executive director, and has filled numerous educational leadership roles. Mike is a former collegiate athlete, has coached at the high school, collegiate and Olympic Development Program levels, and has won numerous region and state championships. Mike is passionate about helping athletic departments win in every aspect: by developing great culture, bringing together great teams, and excelling in the playing arena.

For the past 18 years, Mike has pursued his passion for helping develop leaders and coaches in the athletic arena. During this time, he and Andrew have partnered together in leadership development, leadership mentoring, and providing strategic guidance for individuals and groups. The desire to impact organizations on a greater level was formalized when he co-founded the Oak Hill Consulting Group. In addition to this, he currently works in educational leadership at Covenant Day School in Matthews, North Carolina. Before working at Covenant Day School, he served as the Executive Director for the Charlotte Eagles, an international sports organization. Mike is passionate about leadership development for both individuals and organizations and has committed his career to impacting other leaders in the field. He and his wife Claire have a daughter and two sons and live in Matthews, NC.
